Say hello to 2017 fashion trends

Every starting year or season brings in new fashion trends; could be new hairstyles, make up products, clothes, shoes and handbags. The styles that were once hits in the 70’s and 80’s are kicking back in with a bit of changes and for someone who has parents that have tried most of those designs would know what I’m talking about. Looking back at the albums of my parents, I see a lot of designs that we go through now, like long bell bottoms, elephant pants, side slit up dresses and the only difference could be in the kind of prints and textiles they have used back then. People who enjoy doing a lot of styles and trying out new things will always await to welcome these new pieces of clothes.

Last two years, most of the clothes took the range of printed textiles that went from chequered, tribal to floral prints and shifting from 2016 to 2017, we could see a lot of metallic material and shift of shoe styles. The skinny jeans have been in style for years now and most fashion designers predict that 2017 will be the year that most casual looks could take denim jeans to a different level from the skinny pencil cuts to the ripped and baggy tomboy pants. Here are some of the trends that you could expect to see in this coming year, 2017.

People have started wearing sneaker from 2016 mid-year but with 2017, the trend will set off a bit more as most women now a days would want to feel comfortable in whatever they wear and since four to five inch heels were in trend for quite a while, the chances are that there will be a drastic shift in shoes. Even now we see so many switching into classic sneakers with baggy ripped jeans to give out a more casual comfy look.

Elephant pants

Most of the time, the skinny jeans will be replaced by these oversized pants and bell bottoms. The stripes are back in trend and we may see a lot of pants that quite seem like a flared skirt at a far sight. This again is a reflection of people’s choice in more comfy outfits.

The regular V neck white and black tees that were once in trend will clearly be replaced with oversized shirts and women wearing more men’s shirts could also be in trend. It actually seems quite a trend in the US even now.

Fashion is great as long as you do what suits your body type, size and personality so these are some of those trends you could expect in 2017 and prepare yourself to throw in some new sparkles on you!
